Paul Molinaro and the offices of Fransen and Molinaro acted as the front for Heavy Hitters Inc., a corporation that was behind several fraudulent collections agencies. An FTC complaint prominently mentions Heavy Hitters Inc. along with half a dozen other "collections" LLC/Inc., all registered out of 980 Montecito, Corona, CA.  In fact, when I called payroll for the sham collection agencies, the Law Offices Of Fransen and Molinaro would answer and then transfer me to Heavy Hitters Inc.  The FTC recently raided all the collection agencies but it apear that Paul Molinaro slipped through the cracks.  Ironically, Paul Molinaro actually writes online articles about sham collection agencies while his office represents half a dozen that have FTC complaint filed against them and while they are operating out of his office.

    shut them down
If this is the case then why aren't they in any legal trouble.
I for one would never use these attorneys.
    They seem very shady.

    stupid
The only shady people are the ones who think they can get away with not paying there debts. They come to boards like this to find someone just as scummy and low as them selves who does not pay there bills.  Your like a bunch of puss pockets waiting to explode.  Just think what would the economy be like if you loosers went back to work and tried paying your debts you borrowed

Check the BBB on Fransen and Molinaro, they have a multitude of complaints.  I have personal knowledge of Molinaro's involvement with a Jason Begley and Wayne Lunsford, the people behind the above referenced collection agencies that victimized thousands of people.  Please note that Paul Molinaro spends an inordinate amount of time on the internet cutting and pasting "articles" he's written and giving himself rave reveiws. Hopefully the current FTC lawsuit will finally result in action being taken against his license to practice law.
