You keep taking my money

Hi I paid for a warranty on my mini van.The warranty was $1700.You were suppose to take out 20 payment of $85. each.You have now taken out 24 payments.That is $2040.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.I have phoned all the numbers on the contract and they are out of service.
