Broke dual screen portable dvd player.

I bought an RCA dual screen portable dvd player in July 2011. Manufacture date on the dvd player was April 2011. On the third use the dvd player stopped working. RCA will not replace my dvd player even though it is still within the year warrenty because i dont have the receipt. So, RCA will mark their items with the manufacture date but dont have the confidence to honor their products without a store receipt. Nice job RCA. Il find 150 different websites to complain about your products...thats about what I spent in dollars on your lemons.

    yep I have two of them just stop working  I did not learn the 1st time we have to buy the second one it cause it is a dual screen,now 4 months later, its done.

    I too am very unhappy with the RCA portable DVD player I purchased before Christmas.  After using 3 times it stopped working.  Target would not exchange it or refund my money because I did not have my receipt.  They gave me a website to contact and said it was under warranty for a year.  HA HA HA..... I sent 3 e-mails and never received any answer.  What a joke.  I remember when RCA was a trusted name.  Not any more.  Don't purchase anything from them.  They do not honor their products.  Possibly so that the stockholders won't have to loose a dollar.  Heck with the consumer.  I'll stick to my VHS for now until it dies.  By the way, I've had it for 12 years.  THANKS RCA for nothing.

    I bought a rca duel dvd player with game controller and it stopped playing any dvds a month after I bought it.
