Mattress Warranty

Ashley Furniture in Wichita Falls Tx.  We purchased a very expensive mattress along with other furniture in December 2020, a total of nearly $13,000, including an extended warranty.   Less than a year later the mattress is sagging very badly. I have been given several numbers to call for the warranty. I have been told multiple times they will call back. So far no one is responding to this warranty issue. Ashley Furniture is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They took my money and that is all they care about. I really wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased from them. I will never buy another thing from Ashley!
