Poor Customer Service

I visited the Toss Store location in North Miami. This store is located  on Biscayne and 123st. This was one of the worst shopping experiences. I completed my shopping and it took nearly 45 minutes to check out. This was not a busy or holiday weekend, they chose to have 3 registers open and the so called Customer Service was non-existent.

The line wrapped through the store, Customers walked out and the Staff did not seem to care. It will be a long time before I return to this Store.
