Subscription

I have been a tatasky annual subscriber from sept 2007 and have always renewed my annual subscription.The last renewal was on 25.09 2014.Now i'm informd today, 29.04 2015 that i've not renewd my subscription but only "recharged"andmy a/c has been debited as monthly subscriber although Rs.7,000/- was paid as annual renewal fee on Sept.26,2014.
I'd like you to please correct this error immidiatly.
