UNNECCESSARY AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY POST PAID CARD

I had a Post Paid Number bearing 0543491009 and every 2-3 days amount automatically deducted from my account.  So, I want to cancell all the programme  which deduct amount.  I tried to contact 1404 but unable to get any operator to speak.  Your immediate response and cancellation of all un neccassary down loaded programme to be deleted from my number.
