Locked out after inputting all of my bank info (for 1st time) and trying to make transfer

I just gave Moneygram ALL of my bank info and routing #s and everything and was at final phase of transferring money and they say I now am 'locked' and have to go in person. I feel they have just stolen all of my information-wthe whole point of transferring money online is to TRANSFER MONEY ONLINE that is what this company does. Due to all of the other complaints here I see this is a trend. But what really concerns me is-has anyone here had their identity stolen or their accounts hacked into after giving Moneygram all of your info and then being refused the service?!
