Placed my Account on Vacation in December of 2015 Being charged the whole amount instead of the 10$I

Dish has been charging my account the whole fee for service after the account was placed on Vacation. Now Last month they took 340 dollars and are planing on taking more from my account this month. The account was suppose to be put on Vacation in December 2015, I am away working and I have a long contract. The account has been charged over 700 dollars so far and I would like my monies returned to my account, I have sent dish many ,many e-mails about this . They haven't sent me any response except a new bill that there going to steal more money from my account!! Please let me know if I need to hire a Lawyer so I can have this resolved??
