Gift card

Picked a pkg deal 60$ 175 plus channels 150$directv visa reward card and NFL Sunday ticket. I had dish but switched because of this offer I still had 5 more months with dish and thought could pay them off with the card and after talking for 2 months with 6 different people there is no record of a card on my account well I'm calling FCC and the better business bureau cause I'm locked into a 2 yr contact that should be void
