Sweepstakes scam and harassment

Scammed my mother by telling her that she won a sweepstakes and had to send a couple thousand for it to be sent to her. I stopped payment in time, but they are continually harassing her now and though I've turned it in to the FTC, FBI... no one cares. Please do not let this person in your life!
