Need to know next steps to take.when I realize it was a scam I stop responded to the phone calls and e-mails.then I get this law suit e-mail from them today 11-12-2013

    They appear to be Indian swindlers who have been running these fake "debt collection" phone shakedowns for years.
    The emails are designed to lure suckers into responding, so they can target their harassment and threats.

    They are a bunch of liars, nothing bu overseas crooks with VoIP phone service.
    Don't lose any sleep.
