I've been with Airtel Prepaid for more than a year. Now I need to switch to their postpaid service and I've been trying to do it for over a month. They took my deposit and supporting documents, but never actually transfered me to the other plan.

I've called customer support and even executives, but they all tell me they will get back to me tomorrow after they look into my problem. No one calls, and I again dial their numbers.

I regret my decision to switch to a different plan because it's taking so many business hours to fix. I would be glad to forget about this if only they would return my deposit.
