Your most effective response is to dispute the fraudulent charge in writing with your bank, and call immediately to close that checking account, switching to a new account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.

While you are at it, however, also file complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Arizona AG.

Although some people have reported they thought they had only agreed to ordering a CD for about $1.98 shipping, only to get charged with repeated much larger charges, others have reported these charges without any prior contact with this company, which may indicate they are buying account information from other companies to use in making their fraudulent charges.

What recent on-line purchases have you made using your debit card?

In general, using, or even having, an activated debit card is a security risk, as it gets scammers an access path directly to your bank account that even if your bank returns the money can screw up your payments to other legitmate creditors resulting in fees and credit damage.  Cancel all your debit or check cards, and only allow ATM card access requiring a PIN which you use only at your bank's own ATMs.  Use credit cards for all retail or on-line purchases since the banks are much better in protecting fraud losses when they think it is their money being stolen.  Do not give out your checking account number, and use checks only to pay accounts with trusted companies to minimize your exposure to the risk of fraud, generally rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.

Call 1.866.370.7270 and demand they cancel any service you allegedly signed up for and they will give you a cancellation number.  Then request a full refund, and they will give you a refund number.  I had the same problem and called the number that appeared on my bank statement by the charge.  They refunded all the money and deleted my information from their system, never to contact me again.  GOOD LUCK!
