Purchased a queen size mattress from Spring Air's "Luxuriance Collection" from the Brick Mattress store in 2007 for around $1500 CAD.  3 years later, it is a complete and utter piece of garbage.  Sagging so bad on either side that you practically roll off.  A nice hump in the middle.  I have had futon mattresses that were more comfortable and lasted longer for less than a third of the price.

    I am looking these mattresses up online right now because I have the EXACT  same problem with the mattress we bought from the brick in late 2006. Did you ever contact the brick and get it exchanged? I believe it comes with a 10year warranty, I am wondering how hard this is going to be to accomplish.

    I have also experienced the same sagging problem with a 3 year old Spring Air mattress purchased from the Brick. It's a king size mattress, if you sleep within 7 inches of the edge you feel like you'll roll onto the floor. I'm contacting the Brick to determine what warranty options I have. Other reviews about this mattress company reveals that people who purchased this brand 10-14 years ago are quite satisfied, purchasers within the last 4 years are not. Most likely speaks to a change in quality. I would not recommend this brand.
