waiting time

I bought a simple menu, 3 PC, 2 mini loaves and gravy. I waited for 16min. I asked the waitress why, she told me she's too busy to explain to me. Later she said she didn't realize I bought a simple menu, but the time I asked her why such a long wait she only said, sorry I'm busy. I will never ever go there AGAIN I'm crossed.
