cancellation

I been triing to cancel my membership and all I get is a run around. Went to the gym ,they asked questions why your cancelling,etc. Then they can't cancel your membership you have to call the corporate office.

I called the corporate office and they asked the same question ,but this time they asked would I like to tranfer my membership to someone else. I said no and they said you have to email the corporate office. still a member because they keep taking my money from my account but won't cancel.
