Re-claim Baby suite

I have parched a suite of boy baby in the month of Dec 2009, from Multan outfitter outlets located in Chen One Tower. After a first wash it color was preordained, I was claimed before 1/1/2 month. But not re-claim after a couple of month I am waiting still. Suite was winter season but now a summer season start. And my baby age two and half month to four month. Can you tell me how to re-claim?
