I have posted a post with the title " I need a Recording " subject on Complaintwire.org some days ago after three days, I got a reply from Airtel Customer Service Team ( Mr.Rakesh kumar, Airtel Customer Service Team and Mr.Vinay chugh, Airtel Customer Service Team ) that they want to help me but they dont have my contact details so they cant that's why they provided an email address to me where I can send my contact details, but after so many days of sending my contact details to that email address, I am having still same problem, I dont know Whether they really want to solve my problem or not? But in this hope that Airtel Customer Service team will understand my problem I am writing here again.Thank You.

    please be inform that I'ev problem my mobile no ones i have call Dubai it's coming er BC line  for all mobile number So I would like request to you to sort the said issues ASAP.
