aMERICAN lOAN DIVISION CONTINUES TO CALL ME AT WORK AND ON MY CELL PHONE HARRASSING ME ABOUT A PAY DAY LOAN I DID NOT RECEIVE, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND POLICE(fbi)
They are a bunch of criminals calling from overseas, probably India, probably via VoIP because it's cheap, and trying to scam and extort money out of Americans for phony "payday loans". They may even have information like old account numbers, SSN, DOB, relatives or employers, possibly from pulling credit reports or through skip-trace searches, or sometimes phony on-line payday loan sites, but the alleged debts are entirely phony, or if real, not owed to these crooks.
File a complaint with the FBI, and if they keep calling, record them and tell them the call is being recorded as evidence. If they have any brains, they will move on when they know you won't be conned.

I have had similar harrassments from these people but,they keep changing their name;Cashnet-which doesn't exsist,United Cash Services,Advance Money Loans Co.,Fat Advance Loan Services but,it wasn't until I heard "American Loan Division" on my messages that I found this site and I always recognize that same voice.It's great,I was beginning to doubt myself.Now I will take action.Thank-You

Receiving harassing messages on my voice mail from these people. Tony Jackson is supposed to be his name, accusing my husband of an online payday loan which never happened. Threatening our family, saying things like "GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY,"I am going to have you arrested,your social security is being investigated by the FBI for Fraud/Terrorist acts." I reported them to the FBI. YOU ARE RIGHT JOHN SAME VOICE, BUT THEY ARE USING DIFFERENT NAMES.
