Deducting from my credit card without my authorization

I never authorized this company to deduct 29.95 from my credit card and I want to be refunded.  From reading other complaints, it seems I was selected from a fraudulent source.  I have just written their company e-mail asking for reimbursement and to cancel whatever they have me registered as.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.

    Hi tj,
    I am investigating charges on my credit card and wonder what company ripped you off and wonder if you did report it to the aic3.gov site.  This appears to be a massive case and would appreciate it if you could contact me ASAP at 4082053351. I'm in Calif today, will be in Idaho tomorrow...this is rather urgent.
