received an email complete with my SSN stating threats that I was being sued and that my credit score would be effected by up to 295 points. the email came from a Michael Hunnington and the email address was attorneyfabiancole3@gmail.com I am no dummy. I recognize a scam when I see one, also it's a gmail address. Not common for legit attorneys. I also have never received a Speedy Cash loan or any money from Speedy Cash or it's affiliates. Nice try though. I'll keep ALL my money.

Same thing happened to me today, I figured it was a scam but I decided to call besides and I could not understand the guy and he hung up on me. They said I was going to have a warrant for my arrest they did not put my SSN in the email the only thing they had was my email and name. Pretty sure they would have called if I was in some sort of trouble. SCAM SCAM SPEEDY CASH SCAM! I never got a loan from them or anyone if their people and I never will.

So I get an email also and it's from Michael Huntington he spells it Hunnington that brought up a flag. When he sent over the email he addressed me by my name in lowercase letters and the body of the letter is all in capital letters that was another flag. He indicates that I owe Cash Money Lenders and Associates that's a lie I don't even know these people. I called also the phone rang about 6 times when he answered the phone it said hello he did not indicate the name of the law firm and I said to him what kind of business is this that you don't indicate the name of the company he hung up. I called back left my number told them to call me back because I'm seeking an attorney because this is a scam it has scam all over it.

Scam! I also received the exact same email including my social #.  I called because I've never had a loan etc.  The person answered "hello" I started in on him and he hung up!

Got a similar email from William Brian.  There were some red flags.  What legit attorney uses an outlook.com email for official business.   2.  Any legit loan company will never garnish you for whatever amount.  That is called a levy (takes 100%)  only the IRS can do that.  At worst a garnishment is only 25% or less can be taken out. 3.  I never had a loan with speedy cash services.  Looks like a total scam to me
