      Idea cellular is not doing anything in this.They just saying that its customers fault and they can't help.

    Suddenly a message came saying 'Your Glamour mobile has been activated & Rs.35 has been deducted. To deactivate the service send message. ...to...'  On being contacted to the customer care they forcefully wanted me to accept that it's me who consented to activate the said VAS .The fact remains , on the one hand I didn't have any clue whatsoever as to what this Glamour mobile was all about and on the other, I have been duped 35 rupees brazenly .Such is the state of affairs of Idea cellular services.
