crappy haircut

I got a haircut today. I only wanted a trim. the lady butchered and layered my hair. I was an idiot to go there- but really? you can't handle a trim? now I need to wait another 4 months (as I did before from an expensive cut) for it to grow out again. I'm going to complain and probably go to another place. The lady had an major attitude- and I was super nice to her. I'm not sure why I gave her a tip and bought product- which I will return.
If they haven't heard of "word-of-mouth" advertising, they are going to hear about how it can negatively affect their business. ugh. Bad haircuts suck.
