Alexian Lien LinkedIn: uses his Range Rover as a deadly weapon to harm other!
Complaint
Alexian, Range Rover, Lien
Country: United States
Alexian Lien turned his Range Rover into a deadly weapon recently when he ran over his fellow motorists and then fled the scene of the accident to avoid responsibility. He is reported to be a wall street banker and maybe that's why he is so ruthless on the road. He seems to be getting preferential treatment from the NYPD and maybe that's because his "social pedigree" ranks higher than the people he has seriously injured. We wonder if mr. alexian Lien has enough insurance to pay for the harm he has caused and whether he is a flight risk?
Regardless what happens with the criminal case he will be held accountable in civil court!

Regardless of one sided thinking, Judges and Jurors have a beautiful tape showing a group decided to do some dangerous things one day to an unsuspecting and non-rally-participating family - And the danger they started caused one of their own to be injured. Take Responsibility for your dangerous actions when it doesn't turn out as you planned.
It gives the good ones such a bad name.
After an accident, WHY is it appropriate to beat the [***] out of a vehicle?? It isn't. These motorcyclists should have to pay for the damage they caused to Mr. Lien and his SUV, as well as to the victim who was run over due to their behavior. Mr. Lien should not be liable for any damage or harm caused on that day, as none of it was a result of negligence on his part.
But regardless of who did what, what's more important to consider is who's insurance will cover who?!
The SUV driver might have to cover the biker he ran over (did he do that knowingly, by the way?), but who's insurance is going to cover the SUV driver? Because we all know that 70% of the bikers didn't have insurance, a license, or registered bikes.
