This company is a total scam! I have been with them for over a year! They recently started charging my account 3x this last month. Multiple times I tried to ask for refunds as nothing was accomplished. I have so many emails that state, we have escalated your account and it should be less than 30 days for new updates/results. Be patient. It is just a way to keep you paying. They have no intention on helping remove any negative post from your business. Funny that they get you stating they will remove most post within the first 3 months. However, that is not the case! Funny that this is a company that is suppose to help with negative reviews but themselves is the one that needs the service as they have no "google" reviews to see because they keep changing their name perhaps??? hmmmmm don't go with this service! I have spent over 4k with them for nothing!! I hope I can save someone else having to go through the headache!!!
