stopped working after 2.5 years

It seems that all the response that anyone gets on here is generic and populated by a computer!!! I have a Cabrio set and after a month or so of the power button working ,not working, working ,not working it finally just quit I payed out the butt cause my mother stood behind this brand after many calls and checking the part to fix this was comparable to a new unit!!! checking other complaint areas about this brand I find that this is "normal" for this set I have no money to replace this and as of now having to be the maid at the stream hand washing mine and my husbands clothing. This I know when we are able to purchase a new one it will not be from this company their product is over price along with the repair and part prices to fix them after such a short life span!!  you all ask for info on us my email is cynbecrow@hotmail.com!!!  I thought when I was getting this product it would last as long or at the least half of the time my mothers lasted!
