No maintence on rental car

I rented a car for a trip to CA. I assumed the car would be more capable than my car. I was wrong. During my drive the change oil light turned on. I called Enterprise and the man assured me that it had gotten an oil change; however, there was no sticker or any indication that had been serviced. Later on, the tire lights turned. on. I called again. The man told me I would need to take the car to a shop to make sure the tire had not been penetrated by anything. So, on my vacation I took the car to a tire shop. They simple said the tires had not been checked i.e. no rotated, checked for pressure etc. Now, I don't know about you but when I drive long distance I always get my tires checked. A blow out going 80 MPH is very dangerous.
Once I went to returned the car, I reported all my issue. The woman was very rude and unapologetic. I told her whatever I just wanted to pay and be on my way. Somehow, the total got mixed up. I was told one price she said another. I argued with her, but she simple didn't care about what I had been told. I went out of my way to return a the car on a Sunday to a location that was 40 minutes away from my house to get a discounted price--I guess not. She told me the man I worked with before would call me to address my complaints. Now today, He still hasn't called. I would NEVER recommend renting from this place.
