I received and email from acs Inc they said they need to collect a debt from a payday loan and that I need to pay a certain amount if not I was going to get sued, is there a real acs company or is it all a scam cause they actually provided me with my name and the last four of my ssn. Where can I report this???

    It's a scam. These types of emails are sent out by the thousands by overseas scammers.
    You can report it to ftc.gov and your state attorney general.
    Ignore and delete.
