Deactivation of 'Music Mall Service'

my mobile no is 976930965 (Tata Docomo), the company has activated music mall service without my consent, chargeable Rs. 5 per day, customer care is not answering satisfactory.So pls deactivate my music mall service and refund my balance.

Otherwise i will close thi connection...

      Please be informed that as per your request VAS service has been deactivated. And also be informed that you can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

    My number 9028914972 is having Music mal service activated and my balance is deducted daily, i am calling customer care at 198 for last 5 days they are saying it will get deactivated in 3 hours but it never happend so. Please deactivate it today or i am forced to change my service provider.

    contacting your customer care but it remains busy always. Kindly
    deactivate the same or I will be forced to change the operator.
