I need technician/service person to come immediately to my property at 602 Palmer Dr., Lady Lake, FL 32159 in Water Oaks community. Dish needs to be removed from roof and relocated to ground. Resulting damage from inappropriate installation on my roof needs to be addressed. My newly renovated house is falling apart due to improper installation of your product.

    The situation needs to me addressed immediately. The later the longer it takes to address the situation  the greater the resultant damage will be far worse.
