Non-Payment of APQ Calendar

I received a COLLECTION ALERT from NorthShoreAgency demanding payment for a APQ Calendar which I have never received.  If Better Homes and Garden has proof that they sent the Calendar and that I have actually received it, then I will pay the $26.90 they claim I owe.  Just because they say I owe them $26.90 doesn't mean I actually do own them that amount.
