5 months later and still no furniture

We place an order in May and still do not have our complete order.  No one fro the store calls you to tell you the order is going to take another 6-8 weeks.  We only found out by calling and inquiring in September.  We still don't have a delivery date and are told it will be at least another week as it hasn't arrived FROM OVERSEAS yet.  Highly disappointed with customer service and 5 months of paying for furniture that I don't have.
