Unsolicited phone calls

I receive calls from "Account Services" almost every day, already they have called me twice today. I have pressed 2 to be removed from their list and also spoken with their rep and asked to be removed. How is it possible that they can ignore the No Call list and my continued requests for the calls to stop? How many complaints need to show up online before someone holds them accountable? Shocking.
