If you have silver or gold package then customer service is terrible. Paid £250 for Conor McGregor photo and i was refused entry. Been told  while waiting for a photo need  white band and pass. Searched everywhere and none left, did not accept my ticket with licence as ID. Asked every staff member and every staff on the day did not give a S***. Does not explain this on terms and conditions. They should not have a Gold and Silver service if the service going to be below standard. If Conor McGregor knew this is how his fans were being treated he would told the staff to F*** off.  BEWARE OF THE GOLD AND SILVER SERVICE !!!!!

    Donna Day
We have just had to post this on An experience with Facebook page as they refuse to deal with our complaint
I attended the Conor McGregor experience in January with my husband  as silver paying guests.
We have since then emailed  An experience with several times with a complaint about the meal that we had paid for.
We were served soup that was stone cold and we cleared our own table after the starter as when the main finally came almost 1 hour later they hadn't cleared our table.
Our main meal was then also stone cold which was really disappointing. As for our dessert we didn't even get that as they never gave it to us.
Now despite emailing An experience with numerous times all they have said is
as stated on previous emails, all your concerns and complaint is Venue related, please pursue them and if any compensation is to be offered it will be from them.
    Regards
    Many Thanks,
    anexperiencewith.com
We have even spoken to the Venue who have told us that any complaint need to be taken up with An experience with.
The Consumers Rights Act 2015 states under Product Quality that all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described and also If what you have bought doesn't satisfy one of the three criteria outlined above, you have a claim under the Consumers Rights Act.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are against the retailer - the company that sold you the product- not the manufacturer, so you must take any claim to the retailer.

Despite this An experience with refuse to take any responsibility for the poor service provided and have just chosen to ignore our complaint. We were not the only table to get this poor service in fact I would say over half the tables did not get dessert and also received cold food.

We have been left with no other option but to warn others of this but I am sure that this comment will just be deleted from this page the same as all the other complaints from the Experience with McGregor were.

    Unimpressed Customers
After a well-publicised mess up with a raffle at this company's Arnold Schwarzenegger event (in which numerous people were told they had won only to be turned away and given nothing) we pestered the company until we were told we would be granted free show-only tickets to a future event of our choice, or the equivalent money off more expensive tickets. We since purchased tickets and tried to get the company to come good on their promise only for them to try and tell us they were show only tickets for one specific event, sorry. When we confronted them with their email evidence of what they had originally promised they said they would look into it and have since ignored us and will not reply to any further email enquiries. Happy to take your money for their very expensive events but not happy to look after their customers or provide a decent level of service. I wonder what their celebrity guests would feel about that?

Yep, similar to all above. Have had trouble with this company after being a customer at two of their events and nobody at the show would speak to me to help resolve the issues. Was told to email the company afterwards. I did, and guess what? No answer. Posted on facebook and my comments deleted. I wasn't even being hostile, despite being rather unhappy about their treatment of me. Seems they're more concerned with squeezing money out of people than earning a good reputation through looking after their customers. I did notice that the company have folded and started up again under slightly different names several times over the years - in itself a dubious sign.

This company will not deal with you if anything goes wrong. You can't phone them. You're lucky if they respond to your email, and if they do they will not work to resolve your issue but merely shut your complaint down and then hope you shell out money for their next event! One gets the sense of a fly-by-night operation punching above their weight, and they'll suffer for it eventually.
