Blank Calls from a particular nos

sir,
i am getting blank calls from 80490 89751, 80490 89574, 80399 43246, 80673 69612, 80673 69658, 80673 69723, 80673 69687. When I try to call same number, the same phone the message is telling Number does not exist. i am getting some 20 calls per day. getting frustrated some times. kindly help me in this regard.

I have got a call from airtel no 9793492511 asking for a verification for Vodafone as said was calling from and asked to get a e-top up done for another to no 8126157732 and 8127093359 i was asked to get the e top up for Rs.1111 for each after going further with the call came to know it was a scam call ... I have lost 2222 Rs ... what should i do i would like to make a complain to airtel as they did not refund..the money back and on the person who call wanted to know his name address ... and take a legal action on him
My 1 of friend done the same mistake
She also done this things & loss Rs.4444 bcoz of it

I am getting calls from many nos.and continuously calling me since almost 7-8 days with many different no. m just getting frustrated with getting these calls.
Kindly help me out to stop all these following nos--- +91918287678902, +3784003369, +3669844158, + 3633240104, +3628084532, + 3620660430, +966541647543
Also pls advise what if that person again calls with further new nos how can i block that.
