deactivate the bsnl hungams and not deduct any amount from my land line bill

My landline NO. is 044-27482662. I want to deactivate this bsnl hungama movies on demand, music on demand and games on demand.It has been charged rs.150 for the past three months. bsnl hungama was activated without my knowledge. Please stop the service as early as possible because there is no use for me. Please deactivate all hungama plans from my side.  Please take necessary need full actions from your side to deactivate and not deduct amount from my land line bill.
