constant calls and language

I continue to receive frequent calls from cardmember services.  While those are extremely annoying and flaunt the do not call list, I decided to press 1 to talk to a representative.  When he answered, I merely asked the name of the person to whom I was speaking.  His reply was "None of your f*****g business" and hung up.  Is there nothing that can be done about this company?  I get calls from a variety of different area codes.
