Membership Transfer to Blast
Complaint
This is bad business
Country: United States
I have experienced the same problem. I believe there should be a class action lawsuit against Bally's, like the one against Bally's and LA Fiteness/Blast for locations in Wisconsin. Below is the email chain for Blast. One can see that Blast thinks this is a joke. My email address has been removed for obvious reasons.
Start of email chain:
That is my question. I see the last email was not sent to anyone at Blast. Was that email meant to be Satirical? Sound that way for the message was not sent to a memeber at Blast. If I am incorrect please accept my apologies.

This member never received a renewal letter and he expired
11/15. What can we do for him?

My name is and my agreement number was
(Blast) . I found this number today by
contacting Bally's and then Blast. I understand that
Bally's sold my membership to Blast. I am told that
there is a document on file that I have signed back in June
of 2012. I never received any document or signed any
document notifying me of any such transfer of membership or
change in my membership contract.
Upon further investigation, I have discovered that my
membership has expired with Blast and I received no
notification that I had a membership with Blast or that any
renewal fee was due. I have lived at the same address
and had the same phone number for some 20+ years so
contacting me should not have been a problem.
The West Allis, WI facility has informed me that the
membership has expired and there is nothing that they can do
for me at thier level. The Assistant Manager was very
helpful and understanding.
I really feel that this situation was created by design and
now I am left with nothing after a nearly 30 year
relationship with Bally's
