I have had the exact same problems and more. I also send all payments via online banking. Every time I receive a notice that I am behind one payment plus late charges and fees. I send in the payment. They misapply the payment and then I start getting calls from their debt collecting arm. I call customer service and they tell me they will fix it. They don't. I speak with supervisors who tell me they will fix it. They don't. The first time this happened was December of 2009. I called numerous times and was given the same song and dance. Each time, the person told me that they could see what had happened, how it needed to be fixed and that it would get fixed. I have been a homeowner for 35years and I have never dealt with this level of incompetence from a mortgage company. I am going to submit a written complaint to them requesting that they sell my mortgage and I am also going to lodge a complaint with the Attorney General's consumer division.
