Customer service

The Culvet City store had no customer service.  They are rude and treat people like cattle.  There were 7 ees talking amongst themselves with customers waiting.  They were not friendly and out and out rude.

This was my first experience trying to get a phone repaired and it was negative from the beginning.

IWould not reccomenf this location to anyone.
