Charges/stealing and harassment

We have been staying at the days inn located in Shrewsbury mass for several weeks now. We discovered a few serious issues with our bill. First, we were charged pet fees of a considerable amount for service animals. That is not legal and will be investigated by the proper authorities if we do not receive a refund. Also, one of the hotel employees obtained my cell phone number from the hotel records and has persistently harassed me via text message for weeks now, even showing up at my place of employment. Finally, there are several charges/payments for our stay here that make no sense and the charges to my debit account far exceed the amount this days inn is claiming I’ve paid. Now that we are trying to get these situations rectified by the hotel we are being harassed and threatened as well as insulted by hotel staff.
