I’ve logged a complaint few days (april 29) before regarding a discrepancy in the charges for bills on March & April’12.

I’ve received a call twice regarding this to explain the same with which I’m not convinced.

Today few minutes ago I got another call – A guy just abruptly said that charges are valid and disconnected the call. I spoke to Lakshmi @ 121 just few mins before who confirmed that my complaint has been closed stating customer is satisfied with the resolution.

My Airtel number – 9611207935
Complaint SR number –  43381582 (currently closed)

Issue of Complaint – Its regarding the bill for the month of March & April’12 where the charges are close to 4000/- per month.
My regular usage is around 1200/- to 1500/- per month. There is no change in recent plan or any add-ons being activated by me which I’ve confirmed with the customer care as well.
I’d like to receive a report with the actual usage may be the websites browsed by this data card for last March & April’12.
I’ve checked the dates and timings of the usage as per the bills during which I’m in office where data-card is no close to need.
