I called the company regarding a fraudulent payday loan that was opened with the company, I held for a supervisor handling the case for about 10 min. Supervisor Marneta answered very rudely and told me that the account was not fraud, member is responsible and she could not speak with me and hung up in my face. A police report and letter from the fraudulent bank that was open was provided along with the FTCA and DL. I called back in and was told by Ms. PJ that they were all taking a lunch and someone would call me back in a hour 1/2.

This company has shown up in other consumer complaints with reports consistent with fraudulent collection of fake payday loans.  The pattern shows up clearly on this site, as well as on 800notes in association with their various phone numbers.

That might indicate a range of illegal collection, ranging from:
    1)   using illegal deception and threats to collect entirely fake fabricated "payday loans".
    2)  using illegal deception and threats to collect what might have been payday loans, possibly already paid.
    3)  using cheaply bought old junk debt as cover for coercing payment from people who might not even be the original debtor ("process server" shakedown racket).
    4)  possible connection to a fraudulent "payday loan" cramming scheme, where a "lender" buys leads from payday loan application websites, then crams an unauthorized "payday loan" at allegedly absurd interest rates, then immediately drains the money out, as "interest only" payments, continuing to take money until the account gets shut down. ("loan" cramming/shakedown racket)

What information can you provide about what this company is claiming about the alleged "loan":
    1) who it was allegedly from, what amounts, how long ago,
    2) whether you think this is connected to some actual payday loan,
    3) whether you have checked with the lender to see if it is even owed,
    4) whether it might be connected to an application that never actually resulted in a loan.

    • Contact your original phone company and notify them that your phone number was fraudulently "slammed".

They should be able to switch it back, and block changes unless directly verified by you in writing.
