    this is purnima. my registration no. is 201310972. still i got a provisional admission reminder from your side. they r not conforming my admission due to this reason still i can't subbmit my graduation sertifircate bcz my final year result awaited. may be my result will come nov- december. after that i will submitt all documents. and ealier ur department does't concernt me this problem will be happened.

                                    I had sent a request for duplicate identity card and DD dated 17th march 2017, for which i also received an acknowledgement with regard to confirmation of payment of fees dated 24 march 2017 , and also have followed prescribed procedure .  Instrument No.: 830151

                       Fee Type: Duplicate ID Card Charges

                                    Despite haven't received my duplicate identity ,I kindly request you to look into the matter and dispatch the identity card as early as possible and inform me at the earliest
