Its Telstra - after calling me non stop all afternoon - they finally stop disconnecting and spoke to me. Then he had the nerve to say - last time they called I wasnt in a good mood - I wonder why.

Yeah they kept ringing me too trying to get my account password and personal details. I rang Telstra enquiries to report a phishing scam but they admitted it was a Telstra internal number. Same for 03 8808 1400. They have autodialers ring on behalf of their 'customer support' people. Supposedly it is a 'courtesy call' to see if you are getting best value for your account.
