I'm Bing Bill 89.31 on my MasterCard. When the product was delivered I refused it and sent it back. I pay 3.95 for a trial period. I had 14 days to cancel. I engage in the trial offer on 10-27-08 when the product came on 11-12-08 like sad I refused the AcaiBerry. I call on 11-18-08 IP-2ENHACEMYBODY to cancel my order cancellation number 1548382 confirmation number 3060350. So what happens I get my MasterCard statement and there is a charge for 89.31 so called the company they said they never bill my credit card. I called Barclays Bank and told them what IP-2ENHANCEMYBODY said and the bank is still charging me 89.31 what can I do I have the company on tape.

When you are dealing with crooks, it is not enough to ask them to cancel.  They got your account information through their "trial offer" come-on, but they intended from the beginning to run through larger charges as long as they could.

Contact your bank immediately to CLOSE the account.  As long as the account information is valid, they will continue to run through fraudulent charges.

Notify your bank IN WRITING that you are disputing the unauthorized charges are FRAUDULENT.  Send your dispute letter certified return receipt requested to the dispute address from your bank statement.  They must receive your dispute within 60 days of the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your federal dispute rights under FCBA (for credit cards) or Reg. E (for electronic checking account charges).

If your bank does not cooperate in reversing the disputed charges from well-known scammers, then you need to find another bank.  If your bank is not cooperative, file a complaint against them with OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency).
     www.occ.gov

In addition, file complaints against the merchant with FTC and your state AG.
