Kaspersky order FRAUD

Last year I purchased Kaspersky Anti Virus. I t was pretty good, so this year I upgraded on line through Digital River tt heir Pure 2.0 Internet Security Suite. A week after my initial charge for the upgrade, there was another charge for $59.95 Plus a Foreign Transaction Fee of 1%. When I called, I was told that this was for Automatic Renewal. I asked for WHAT? They responded it was for Internet Security. I told them that I had never had Kaspersky Internet Security Suite until this last week, so it would be kind of hard for me to have a renewal being processed. They agreed to refund the $59.95, but would take no responsibility for  the Foreign Transaction Fee. In my search for remedy, I see that many others have been hit with similar fraudulent actions related to Kaspersky. It's a shame when the company that is supposed to protect you from internet fraud, is the very one committing the crime and it makes me suspect that their program might be a virus in itself.
