I have a total of $712.50 , posted on my credit card from 5/3/17 and 5/4/17 that I did not order. I want this taking off Immediately.

Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
