I recently paid for a renewal for my Computer protection.  It was billed and paid by my American Express account in the amount of $59.99 on January 12,2016.   I was notified by Kaspersky that my subscription expired on Jan,23ed and was no longer active.  I verified that the bill was paid by Amex on the date listed.  I want to have my account restored or my payment refunded immediately.  It's impossible to contact them directly and since the billing names your firm as DBA.  Please respond ASAP
